Portland Median Home Prices – January 2017

While the Portland metro area continues to grapple with inventory shortages, average and median home prices are up between 12% and 13% over the past year.  It remains an incredible time to sell your home in Portland. Buyers are out there, despite the snow, despite the rain, despite the tough inventory conditions and interest rate upticks.
